You get a confirmation email with the summary and the invoice.

Packing
Careful packing with reinforced protection, especially for fragile parts.

Leaves the warehouse
Email with an active tracking number by 18:00 on the shipping day.

Out for delivery
The carrier tells you the delivery window. If you are out, it retries the next day or you collect at the nearest pick-up point.

Delivered
Please check the parcel while the courier is still there and report any damage immediately.
Packaging
Reinforced double-wall boxes, bubble wrap and internal dividers for fragile parts (glass, mirrors, sensors). The weight stated on the invoice is the total parcel weight, VAT included.
Customs (non-EU)
For UK/CH/NO shipments we handle export clearance out of Italy. Any import duties in the destination country are payable by the recipient (the carrier gets in touch before delivery).
