Data Controller
The Controller of the personal data collected is Erise s.r.l. a socio unico (single-member company), with registered office in Cervarese Santa Croce (PD), via Roma no. 241. Within the company itself, the personal data collected are processed by employees acting as "authorised persons", who comply with the specific instructions and directions issued to them.
Place of data processing
Processing operations connected with the web services of the ERISE SRL websites take place at the Controller's business premises in Cervarese Santa Croce (PD) and are handled solely by technical staff of the department responsible for the processing, or by persons occasionally tasked with maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated (Art. 90 GDPR). Personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or task requested, and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose (Art. 3 GDPR).
Subject matter of the processing
Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database.
The personal data processed are collected either because they are provided directly by the data subject or because they are provided automatically.
Data provided directly by the data subject are all personal data supplied to the Data Controller by any means, directly by the data subject. Such data may be rectified by data subjects at any time, and data subjects may likewise prevent their processing.
In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed: first name, surname, company name, tax code, address, telephone, email, date of birth, other information necessary to fulfil your order (for example information about the products you have ordered, bank account details, IBAN and SWIFT), and information relating to and the history of any contacts with customer support. Personal data provided by users/visitors will be communicated to third parties only where such communication is necessary in order to comply with the requests of those same users/visitors.
The data collected automatically are browsing data. Although such data are not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, they could indirectly — through processing and association with data collected by the Controller — allow the user to be identified. In particular, the data collected include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.
Following the sending of newsletters, the platform used makes it possible to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details relating to the IP address and the browser/device used. The collection of this data is essential for the operation of the implicit renewal systems of the processing (see the "Methods of processing" section) and forms an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
Purposes of the processing
Personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or task requested, or where communication is required by legal obligations. The provision of the data subject to processing is mandatory in order to allow the user to access the service. For this reason consent is mandatory, and any refusal of the processing, or the failure to provide the data or the inaccurate or partial provision thereof, may result in the impossibility of correctly delivering the service.
The provision of data for newsletter purposes of a promotional, informational or research nature is optional, and refusal to give the relevant consent to processing will result in the impossibility of being kept up to date on commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, of receiving offers or other promotional material and/or of being sent personalised offers.
