Here you will find all the answers to the most frequently asked questions made by our customers related to payment, billing, shipping, warranty products and returns.

Payments and invoice

You can pay for your order with credit cards or prepaid, PayPal, Bank Transfer in advance. The choice of payment method to be used is made at the time of order checkout. In case of Bank Transfer, sending the receipt of payment via WhatsApp or email allows you to faster order processing.

You can request invoice conveniently at the time of checkout by entering Tax Code, VAT Number and SDI or PEC code. You can also request an invoice only on Tax Code. The invoice will be sent electronically by the end of the month in which the goods were delivered.

In the case of orders confirmed and paid for in one month but delivered in the next month, you will receive an initial down payment invoice (with the amount of the payment made) by the end of the month of payment and then receive a balance invoice (with the amount at zero) by the end of the month in which the order was completed. This procedure is necessary for correct VAT settlement.

If you do not want an invoice, the transaction will be recorded as consideration and you will not be able to request an invoice later.

The goods you receive will not be subject to any additional charges and/or customs fees as all customs procedures and any charges are handled and paid entirely by us. You will receive a invoice with VAT from a company with Italian VAT number.

If you have chosen Bank Transfer as payment method, the order will be processed from the moment we receive the receipt of payment.

The status of the order will remain in "to be paid" until the amount transferred is actually accounted for in our systems (usually in 2-4 days).

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are always indicated in the product sheet or quote and may vary depending on the warehouse from which the goods are sourced.

Delivery timelines include import and subsequent delivery by domestic courier. Only after a careful verification of the integrity of the products, carried out at our warehouse, will the package be entrusted to one of the major express couriers for final delivery.

Domestic deliveries take place within 24/48 hours (72 for islands or isolated areas) from when the goods leave our Italian warehouse.

No. Normally, no pickups can be made from our premises.

Goods are shipped via national express courier, unless exceptions are indicated by us (fragile and/or bulky material).

Of course! Delivery can be made anywhere you prefer.

If you have made arrangements with your mechanic, we can ship directly to the workshop of choice. Remember to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

Our team will take care to make sure that your order is delivered to where indicated.

Products

The VIN chassis number is a 17-digit code consisting of numbers and letters that precisely identifies the motor vehicle and its parts.

This code can be found on the bottom of the front window, on a sticker located inside the driver's side door, or on the vessel registration card at letter (E).

Not all vehicles have a 17-character VIN chassis number: cars manufactured prior to 1981 have a different chassis number that only partially identifies the vehicle.

You will therefore need to provide detailed information, which we will request based on the parts/accessories needed.

If you have doubts about the compatibility of the product, by providing us with the VIN chassis number of your vehicle before placing your order, our team will verify whether the product is appropriate for the vehicle in question and send you a photo of the part identified so that you can verify that it is correct.

If the product is still not found to be compatible despite our verifications, we will guarantee all assistance in finding the appropriate solution at our expense (replacement, reinstatement, return and refund).

Millions of codes are available on our website but it is possible that the one you are looking for has not yet been uploaded to the portal or linked to the specific vehicle.

Warranty and returns

All products we commercialize are covered by the warranty for conformity defects in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05 of 24 months to private consumers (natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, that is, he makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT). Malfunctions, issues, and related return procedures are managed by one of our technicians providing assistance to identify the problem and seek a solution.

If a return is necessary you will be instructed on the correct return procedure either by phone or email.

A refund, if any, will be issued as soon as we have received your shipment at our returns center. Once we have verified the integrity and conformity of the original packaging, the refund will be issued on the same payment method used at checkout.
