Your 6th generation Mustang needs a better exhaust system for its 5.0L V8 than the stock one. With this Magnaflow Competition axle-back system, your V8 engine will enjoy more horsepower and torque due to the decreased gas pressure at the outlet due to the two direct mufflers. The resulting sound will be a dark and deep, like a real Mustang from the "muscle car era." The pipes, with a diameter of 7.62 cm, are made of stainless steel to resist all kinds of wear and corrosion caused by time and dirt. The system features two direct silencers with two 11.43-cm polished steel endpipes. The latter will fit perfectly into the positions of the stock tailpipes on your Mustang GT to ensure a clean but aggressive look.Installation
The Axle-Back system is installed after the rear axle of your Mustang by cutting and replacing the two original silencers. Once this is accomplished, simply secure the new system with the hose clamps provided in the kit, along with the step-by-step instructions .Features Magnaflow
